Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 13 October 2026
By using the public pages of https://bsr.group (“Our Site”) you accept these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, stop using Our Site.
These documents also apply:
If you create a candidate, company, recruiter or staff account, the Platform Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy also apply. Work we do for a client is governed by the engagement letter, framework or order form we agree with that client. Where those documents conflict with these website terms on commercial matters, the commercial document prevails.
Using Our Site after a change accepts the updated website terms for that visit. That is not consent under data protection law.
1. Who we are
Our Site is operated by Brunel Strategic Resourcing Group Ltd, trading as BSR Group, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16184603. Registered office: Leigh Court Business Centre, Pill Road, Abbots Leigh, England, BS8 3RA.
We provide strategic resourcing for infrastructure and energy — people, physical resources and procurement — including recruitment and related support. We are an employment agency / employment business for the purposes of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 where those Regulations apply.
Email: contact@bsr.group. Telephone: 0117 990 4894.
Group marketing sites (for example tech.bsr.group and fab.bsr.group) are operated by the same company unless a page says otherwise.
2. Who Our Site is for
Our Site is aimed at professional users, principally in the United Kingdom: hiring organisations, candidates, suppliers and recruitment partners. You must be 18 or over to submit a CV, send an enquiry that includes personal data, or create an account. We do not warrant that content is suitable outside the UK. You must comply with local laws that apply to you.
3. Access
Access to the public pages is free of charge. Account features may be free or charged under a separate agreement. Access is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may suspend or change Our Site at any time.
4. Recruitment and CVs
Nothing on Our Site is an offer of employment or a guarantee of work. Introductions are made to clients; the client decides whether to hire. Fees, IR35, guarantees and replacements are set out in the relevant commercial agreement, not on this page.
If you send a CV (including via cv@bsr.group, the CV upload form, or an account), you confirm the information is accurate so far as you know, and you agree we may hold it and, where suitable, share it with a named client for a specific role as described in the Privacy Notice. You must have the right to share any document you upload.
A recruiter who adds you to the platform must confirm they already have your written consent. We then email you a link to claim the account and accept the Privacy Notice, normally within 14 days of that email being sent.
We may decline or stop considering an application where information is misleading or we cannot complete required checks.
5. How you may use content
Content belongs to us or our licensors unless labelled otherwise. You may view Our Site in a browser, allow normal caching, and print one copy of pages for your own professional information. You must not use content for commercial publication, resale, scraping or training AI models without a licence from us, except ordinary viewing for information.
Nothing here limits Chapter III of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
6. No scraping or data mining
You may not scrape, harvest, spider or mine Our Site, including to train AI systems, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Automated access to candidate, client or vacancy data is forbidden except through an API or export we have expressly authorised.
7. Links
You may link to Our Site if the link is fair and lawful and does not suggest endorsement where none exists. You must not frame Our Site without written permission. Links to other sites are for information; we are not responsible for them.
8. Disclaimers
Content is general information about our services. It is not legal, tax, immigration, IR35 or nuclear-safety advice. Obtain professional advice before you rely on it. We take reasonable care to keep content accurate but do not warrant that it always is. If you are a business user we exclude implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Liability
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
If you use Our Site in the course of business, we accept no liability for loss of profit, business, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of Our Site or reliance on content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If you are a consumer, mandatory rights are not affected. You will not use Our Site for commercial purposes and we have no liability for business losses.
If you have a platform account or a commercial agreement with us, liability for the paid service is as set out in that agreement or the Platform Terms of Service.
10. Security and acceptable use
You must not introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, or attack Our Site. That may be an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. You may only use Our Site lawfully and in a professional way. You must not submit fake CVs, fictitious vacancies, or another person’s data without a lawful basis.
We may suspend access, warn you, take legal action, or report matters to law enforcement or a regulator (including the ICO or, where relevant, the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate).
11. Personal data
We use personal data as set out in the Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy. Privacy questions and complaints: contact@bsr.group or the complaints form.
12. Communications
We may send service messages about Our Site or these terms. Marketing follows PECR: corporate subscribers may receive B2B email with an opt-out; individual subscribers need consent or another PECR-compliant route. Opt out via the email link, Account → Privacy, or contact@bsr.group. Allow five working days.
13. Law
These website terms, and the relationship between you and us (whether contractual or not), are governed by the law of England and Wales. Business users: the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers: you also have the benefit of mandatory laws where you live, and you may sue in the UK courts that those laws allow.
