Where we support
Live delivery at Hinkley Point C, and the same resourcing and mobilisation support for new build, SMR, decommissioning and the nuclear supply chain.
New Build
Recruitment, labour supply and mobilisation for major construction and delivery programmes. We are already supporting a Tier 1 contractor at Hinkley Point C. The same model applies to Sizewell C and later UK new build.
SMR
Workforce planning, project support and specialist resourcing for small modular reactor programmes as they move from early planning into delivery.
Decommissioning
Recruitment, labour supply and site support for regulated decommissioning environments, where compliance, documentation and reliability matter.
Nuclear Supply Chain
Resourcing and mobilisation for contractors, subcontractors and suppliers working into nuclear projects.

Why nuclear clients work with BSR
Experience at Hinkley Point C
Supporting a Tier 1 contractor with labour supply and mobilisation on a live nuclear new-build programme.
Regulated project environments
Used to sites where access, documentation and a reliable start matter as much as the hire.
Visibility in the BSR CRM
Candidate and onboarding progress in one place, from selection through to a confirmed start date.
One point of contact
People, projects and support coordinated together, rather than across separate suppliers.
Compliance-aware delivery
Practical and responsive, working to the checks and records the site and the client require.
Clear visibility from selection to start date
Nuclear onboarding slows down when documents, checks and updates sit in email chains. The BSR CRM gives a clear view of each candidate, from initial selection through onboarding and compliance checks to a confirmed start date.
Your team can see what is done, what is still outstanding, and when someone is due to start.

Questions
- Which nuclear work do you support?
- New build, small modular reactors, decommissioning and the nuclear supply chain. We are already supporting a Tier 1 contractor at Hinkley Point C. The same resourcing and mobilisation model applies to Sizewell C and later new build, and to clients working in SMR, decommissioning and the supply chain.
- Do you name the Hinkley Point C client?
- No. We will say we support a Tier 1 contractor at Hinkley Point C. Client names stay confidential, and we do not claim to be a named preferred supplier on the project.
- Can we see where each candidate is?
- Yes. The BSR CRM shows progress from selection through onboarding, compliance checks and a confirmed start date, so updates are not left in email chains.
- What do you check before someone starts?
- Right to work, trade tickets, references, site-specific onboarding, security and access requirements, and the documents the site asks for. We keep a record of what was completed.
