Cookie Policy

This cookie policy explains how Brunel Strategic Resourcing Group Ltd ("BSR Group", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the BSR Group platform and our public website. It supplements our Privacy Notice.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use localStorage, sessionStorage and similar browser storage technologies — for the purposes of this policy these are all referred to collectively as "cookies".

2. Categories of cookies we use

We use four cookie categories. You can accept or reject each non-essential category from the cookie banner or the Manage cookie preferences link in the footer.

• Essential — required for the platform to function (sign-in, security, consent recording). These are always on; rejecting them would break the site.
• Functional — remember UI preferences such as theme and dashboard layout.
• Analytics — anonymous usage measurement to help us improve the product.
• Marketing — used for retargeting and email engagement tracking. Off by default.

3. Live cookie declaration

The live, machine-readable list of every cookie we set — including provider, purpose and lifetime — is published on the Cookies page under "Cookie declaration". The summary at the time of writing is:

4. Managing your preferences

You can change your cookie preferences at any time:

• Click Manage cookie preferences in the website footer to re-open the cookie banner.
• Use your browser settings to block, delete or prompt for cookies. Note that disabling essential cookies will break sign-in.
• Logged-in users can also manage preferences from Account → Privacy → Cookie preferences.

5. Consent record

Every choice you make is recorded in our consent log (see Privacy Notice §8 for retention) so we can demonstrate compliance to the ICO if required. The record includes: the choice you made, the timestamp, your anonymous browser id and the version of the cookie policy in force.

6. Third-party cookies

Where we embed third-party services (e.g. Google Analytics) those providers may set their own cookies. We only enable third-party analytics cookies after you have given consent. Marketing cookies are off by default.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update this cookie policy whenever we add, remove or change a cookie or analytics provider. The effective date below identifies the live version.
