Our commitment

Shared wealth, by design

Every project we deliver helps fund causes in the communities where the work happens. Giving back isn't a campaign — it's part of how we operate.

Why we built giveback into our model

Infrastructure and energy projects only succeed when the communities around them succeed too. Workforces are local. Suppliers are local. Schools, food banks, sports clubs, and skills programmes are the social fabric that keeps our sectors healthy.

So we made it structural. A share of every paid client invoice is set aside into a community fund tracked transparently inside our platform. Our clients choose where it goes — supporting causes near the places where their projects are being delivered.

No big promises, no marketing percentages. Just a straightforward commitment that runs in the background of every engagement — and a ledger our clients can see at any time.

How it works

Built into the platform our clients already use — not an add-on, not a separate process.

1

We deliver the work

Recruitment, infrastructure, procurement, logistics — whatever the engagement, projects run as normal through our platform.

2

Invoices generate community credits

When a project invoice is settled, a share is automatically allocated to the client's community fund. It happens behind the scenes, audited in the platform ledger.

3

Clients choose where it lands

Our clients vote on and redeem credits against curated giveback programmes — charities, community projects, training schemes, sports clubs, food banks — in the regions where their projects are being delivered.

4

Outcomes get reported back

Funded programmes report on impact, and contributions are itemised in the client's CSR dashboard so the giveback story is provable, not promised.

Local causes, real impact

The kinds of organisations and programmes our giveback fund supports.

Skills & training

Apprenticeships, technical bursaries, and re-entry training in the sectors we recruit for — nuclear, energy, infrastructure, legal.

Community charities

Local food banks, mental-health support services, and welfare charities that operate in project regions.

Youth & sport

Grassroots clubs, school equipment funds, and youth engagement programmes near major sites and offices.

Workforce welfare

Hardship funds and welfare grants for workers and their families, especially on long-deployment projects.

Education & STEM

School outreach, STEM programmes, and bursaries that grow the future infrastructure and energy talent pipeline.

Place-based projects

Community spaces, environmental restoration, and capital improvements in the towns and regions where our clients deliver.

We don't publish a fixed percentage — instead, our giveback is a structural part of every engagement, transparent inside each client's dashboard, and grows as their work with us grows.

Built into the client portal

Active clients see their community fund as a first-class part of the platform — balance, history, programme votes, and redemption receipts all live alongside the rest of their account.

  • A live balance reflecting contributions accrued from each paid invoice.
  • A list of curated giveback programmes, with voting on what's funded next.
  • Per-redemption receipts — what was supported, how much, and when.
  • A full ledger of contributions and redemptions, exportable for ESG reporting.
