About This Role
BSR is recruiting an HVAC Working Supervisor for Framatome at Hinkley Point C. This is a front-line supervisory role on a new HVAC workstream — low headcount, high ownership. You will lead HVAC Operatives and Mates, set out works from drawings, and keep installation quality and progress on track with the project team.
Mobilisation target: October 2026. Permanent role. Ongoing programme. CCNSG can be obtained before site mobilisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installation of bracketry, ductwork, and in-line equipment; set out works using drawings / instructions from supervision / engineers
- Testing and commissioning of ductwork and in-line equipment as required
- Assign tasks to HVAC Operatives and Mates
- Identify methodology for installation and instruct HVAC Operatives and Mates accordingly
- Inspect and review progress of work undertaken by subcontractors
- Monitor progress with the project team so agreed targets are met

Requires one item from each of Requirement Groups A, B, and C:
Minimum certificates / qualifications (mobilisation target):
Target qualification: CCNSG (held or obtainable before mobilisation)
ECS Test / CCNSG Safety Passport minimum level: N
Interview window opens once we have a viable CV pool. Casting wide across all sourcing channels.
- Group A — Level 2 in Heating and Ventilating
- Group B — Enrolment onto ILM Level 3
- Group C — one of: LATS, SSSTS, or IOSH Managing Safely
- Level 3 in Heating and Ventilating
- Completion of ILM Level 3 Award C&BE (within 3 months of start upon demonstration of enrolment) or Nuclear Engineering route (detail to be confirmed on live job)
