About This Role
BSR is recruiting HVAC Operatives for Framatome at Hinkley Point C. Competent ductwork and in-line equipment installers for a new HVAC workstream — permanent roles with mobilisation from October 2026. Ongoing programme. CCNSG can be obtained before site mobilisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Competent installation of ductwork and in-line equipment / components in line with industry standards and scope of work
- Installation of bracketry, ductwork, and in-line equipment; set out works using drawings / instructions from supervision / engineers
- Testing and commissioning of ductwork and in-line equipment as required
SQEP / ROLE PROFILE
Requires one item from Requirement Group A or Group B (detail to be confirmed on live job):
Minimum certificates / qualifications (mobilisation target):
Target qualification: CCNSG (held or obtainable before mobilisation)
ECS Test / CCNSG Safety Passport minimum level: N
Interview window opens once we have a viable CV pool. Casting wide across all sourcing channels.
- Group A — NVQ / SVQ Level 2 in Heating and Ventilating
- Group B — BOHS certificates (e.g. P600 series — full module list TBC)
- NVQ / SVQ Level 3 Heating and Ventilating
